John Cascarano
John is an experienced attorney, brand founder and entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm.
John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004.
John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia. John is also active in Entrepreneurs' Organization in the Nashville chapter.
Jackie Oña Cascarano
With extensive experience in the start-up world, education, and coaching, Jackie brings a unique perspective to your business matters. Jackie began her legal career in the Public Defender’s Office and refined her litigation skills as an insurance defense attorney handling product liability, motor vehicle, and premises liability cases. A born counselor, she spent a chapter of her career advising future attorneys at two top-ranked law schools and serves as an Executive Coach to women entrepreneurs.
Jackie focuses her law practice on all aspects of business law, catering to the needs of entrepreneurs and business owners who seek exceptional work in a timely manner and at reasonable costs.
